Ok, it's my birthday today.
Today I turn 44. A nice symmetrical number. A nice number to start I think. To start to stop.
I am going to stop procrastinating.
I am going to stop being a fat arse.
I am going to stop beating myself up about my dismal life and try and get things back on track.
Sounds easy.
Other things I am going to stop.
Facebook : I am going to stop using facebook. It is the single most soul destroying thing in my life.
Soft Drink : Poison.. enough said really.
Caring : Caring what other people think about me.
The thing that has affected my entire life has been my weight. Being overweight is the pits. I am so sick of being fat and the bundle of crap that comes with it.
ok. I've started a blog. I was going to broadcast it on facebook, but have decided that is a very bad idea. If people get here, they get here. I would like to communicate with people in the same situation as me. If you end up here, please say hi.
