Well I can report that my initial weight loss has been pretty good. 6.2 kg in a month. This averages out to just over 1.5 kg which I am very happy with. If I could continue this rate of loss I would be so incredibly happy.
I don't think this is false weight loss either. .Water etc. I have been eating very low calories and doing a lot of exercise. I doubt I would eat more than 1800 calories a day. . And I feel it. I am hungry. I have learnt to embrace this feeling.
Exercise is an hour of walking most days with 25 to 30 km a day of bike riding. The riding isn't a dawdle either. I try to hold 130 to 140 bpm heart rate.
Well. Don't have to Over think it. . Just keep swimming as dory says.
